What kind of coffee beans can I use with the TK-01?

You can use any whole bean coffee you prefer. However, we recommend avoiding oily, dark-roasted beans as they can cause buildup in the internal grinder over time.

Does Terra Kaffe offer a warranty on machines?

Yes, every new TK-01 comes with a 1-year limited warranty or 5,000 brews (whichever comes first) covering any manufacturing defects.

How do I clean and maintain my espresso machine?

The TK-01 features automated cleaning cycles. We recommend a deep clean of the brew unit once a week and using our specialized cleaning tablets every 200 cups.

What is your return policy?

We offer a 30-day trial period. If you are not satisfied with your machine, you can return it within 30 days of delivery for a refund, subject to a restocking fee.

Do you ship internationally?

Currently, we only ship within the United States and Canada. We are working on expanding our shipping capabilities to coffee lovers worldwide soon.

Can I use ground coffee instead of whole beans?

Yes, the TK-01 includes a bypass chute specifically designed for pre-ground coffee, which is perfect for decaf or specialty roasts.
